to let you know how much Mr. Len Olson and I have
appreciated the service CPR Carpet has provided
us.
As you know, we have used your
services for nearly 2 years now; I have always
found the office staff to be extremely efficient
in taking my calls and setting up the cleaning
jobs.
I do appreciate the fact that
your technicians have called me (or attempted
to call) whenever they ran into a job that was
going to be more than they thought was expected
– torn carpet, extremely spotted areas or
other situations that would run up the bill.
I am particularly impressed that
I have never had the need to call your people
back to do a job over. They have been very careful
to do it right the first time.
