has been cleaning and repairing our carpets since
Jan. ’98. Due to the service we have received
from C.P.R., we have very little carpet replacement
at any of our 651 units.
We
own and operate Villa Mirrage, The Premier, Cedar
Ridge, Melrose Place, and Palmdale Desert Club.
C.P.R. is always on time and completes their work
in a very timely manner.
The
service techs are very professional and have the
highest regards for the residents of our apartment
communities.
All
of our residents are offered a free carpet shampoo
on renewal of their leases, and C.P.R. handles
this for us at the residents’ convenience.
As a company we are very happy with their service
and look forward to many years together.
